Although omega-6s are essential for health it’s important to understand that if your omega-3s are too low these omega-6s can create unchecked inflammation in the body.

2. Omega-3

These anti-inflammatory fats have thousands of studies, including the well studied Mediterranean Diet, have been shown to dramatically improve certain health conditions.

3. Balance

It’s all about balance. You are looking for a 3:1 ratio of Omega-6s to Omega-3s. Everyone should know their levels.
