Some people may be reluctant to try it however because it seems overly complicated or too hard.

So today I want to share with you some easy ways that you can introduce intermittent fasting into your schedule so you reap the benefits as well

1. Intermittent Fasting

Most people know by now that intermittent fasting has tremendous benefits. It can greatly improve your digestion, regulate blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and impact anti-aging and longevity.

2. 5:2 Diet

The 5:2 diet involves dramatically reducing your caloric intake 2 days out of the week. The remaining 5 days consist of your normal diet.

3. True Fast

A true fast consists of not consuming calories for 24 hours.  When I complete a true fast I start after an early dinner on Sunday evening (usually around 6pm) and break my fast on Monday night for dinner.  You can start slow by trying this once a week and work up to twice a week.
