Beyond your body type, your current state must be taken into account since fasting and exercise are both stressors on the body. If you’re easyily run down, combining both at the same time may not be a good idea in the long run…

Just remember while you’re more in the Endomorph/Kapha state fasted workouts may very well be beneficial, but once you’re balanced the need or benefit may begin to decline.
