Cortisol is the main stress hormone related to everything from poor sleep to dysregulated blood sugar. It must be dealt with if you hope to lose the weight and keep it off.

2. Hunger Hormones

If you’re disrupting your hormones you will end up increasing hunger while slowing the fat-burning process.

3. Weight Gain

One of the biggest issues with adding more body fat is that it causes higher levels of estrogen, higher cortisol, and again dysregulated blood sugar… This is why it can be challenging for many to lose weight and keep it off.
