On the surface, intermittent fasting seems like an easy enough protocol to implement, but it’s actually much more nuanced than it seems

Although fasting really is the closest thing that we have to the fountain of youth right now if you do it incorrectly you can actually do some serious harm to your metabolism, nervous system, and hormones…

1. Intermittent Fasting

intermittent fasting begins 12 hours after your last meal. During an intermittent fast typically only water, herbal tea, or other acceptable beverages are allowed.

2. Commitment

Intermittent fasting is not difficult to complete, but there is a certain level of discipline and commitment that can sometimes be challenging if you are used to snacking in between meals and especially after dinner.

3. Green Medicine

Green medicine is the act of using a vitamin, mineral, or diet protocol in order to treat health symptoms on a surface level. Never use fasting to simply treat a deeper level imbalance.
