I’m a huge proponent of short and long fasting when it’s done right – The problem is that many people are being given potentially harmful and inaccurate advice (although most of it is unintentional)…

Ensuring you are in a fasted state may seem like a requisite for fasting, but some are not aware of what that constitutes. 

2. Glucose Monitoring

Ensuring stable glucose levels is one of the big keys to getting the intermittent fasting results you are looking for.

3. Recalibrating

One of my favorite words to use is “recalibrating.”  This means that instead of giving up or throwing out everything you’ve done to this point why not just make a couple of tweaks that will maximize your results and get you back on track?
