The 80/20 rule states that 80% of your results are going to come from 20% of what you do. Unfortunately, most people get it backward. They focus on 80% of the things they could be doing that are only giving them 20% of the results instead of the 20% of things they could be doing to give them 80% of the results.

Start slowly with diet and exercise. Ensure you are getting in 10,000 steps per day and focus on an elimination diet for 21 days.
