 This is one of my favorite quotes by Dr. Bruce Lipton and it is so powerful in helping us understand one key concept.

What we focus on in life is what becomes our life.

Whether or not you believe in the law of attraction it is important to understand that from a scientific perspective, we are all vibrational beings, and the more we continue to tune into something, the more it shows up in our life.

Take a survey of your life and notice what you focus on and worry about on a daily basis. Are you worried about what could go wrong or what has gone wrong in your life more than what could go right?

2. Focus on Gratitude

Shift the perspective in which you view your life. Appreciate all that you have achieved and all that you have and practice gratitude instead of focusing on all the things you don’t have.

3. Reframe Your Thoughts

There are a lot of challenges we face in life and things you will worry about. Reframe the way you view these things and think about what could be done to overcome them and how you can prepare for them.
