2. The 5 Heart Rate Zones

Zone 1: 50% of Max Heart Rate
Zone 2: 60-70% of Max Heart Rate
Zone 3: 70-80% of Max Heart Rate
Zone 4: 80-90% of Max Heart Rate
Zone 5: 90-100% of Max Heart Rate

3. Cardio Zone Splits

My suggestion is to do 2+ days of cardio in the longevity zone 2 (60-70% of your max heart rate) and 2 days of weight lifting workouts with a higher zone 4-5 output for a shorter period of time.
