TT: Early Warning Signs of Everyday Dehydration 

You may feel like you are drinking enough water each day, but is it really enough?

If you are feeling thirsty that is a sign that you are already dehydrated and drinking water may not be cutting it.

So on today’s #CabralConcept 2400 I’d like to share with you a number of ways in which the body is using up fluid and the early warning signs of everyday dehydration to watch out for – Enjoy the show and let me know what you thought!

1. Causes of Dehydration

Not drinking enough water is one way in which the body becomes dehydrated but there are numerous other factors. Exercise, sauna, certain medications, and specific diseases can all lead to dehydration.

2. Symptoms

Being thirsty is an obvious sign you need more water but there are others to look out for as well. Headaches, lightheadedness, dizziness, and brain fog are just a few to watch out for.

3. Electrolytes

Drinking plain water with no electrolytes is not going to allow you to absorb water to the greatest degree. Try adding 1/2-1 lemon or lime and a pinch of sea salt to your water to create your own natural electrolyte drink.
