🙂 nna: Hi Dr. Cabral – hoping you can help 🙂 I have a brown spot below my left eye, on my cheek bone so not directly below. From what I have red it is a sun spot / “liver” spot… I tried to have it removed with laser – even deep penetration into my skin with acid it came back – interesting to me if the skin was lasered away! Do you have any suggestions on how to remove it / lighten it? I thought when I read “liver” spot it’s linked to detoxification but I really do a lot in this space: quarterly detox, sauna, hydration etc… if it’s pigmentation do I just live with it or are there ways to remove it for good – lighten / procedurally? Elly: Hi doctor Cabral, Could you help me understand the disconnect regarding HRT? To me, it feels like basic maintenance: you are supplementing bio-identical hormones the body is no longer producing, so that it can function optimally. It seems similar to taking Vitamin D for a deficiency. Is my way of thinking correct, or are there specific biological factors that make supplemental hormones riskier than natural ones? Why is there still such a strong association between HRT and cancer risk? Thanks so much for helping clear this up! Elly

I have looked up some pub med studies on taking cbut want your expertise. First off should creatine be taken before or after a workout to get the most benefits? Also does taking creatine with caffeine blunt the benefit of creatine. Thanks!

Since you invited people to contribute to your book, “The Rainbarrel Effect,” I’ve been your biggest supporter. Your book completely changed my perspective on health and helped me understand my body in ways I never thought possible. I have a question about the GLP Tone system. I’m 55 years young with a healthy metabolism, and I’m active with regular workouts, walking, and strength training. However, my weight has stayed at 185 pounds, and I’m looking for ways to make progress. If I decide to try the GLP Tone system, which option do you think would be best for me? Tricia: Hi Dr Cabral, I’ve tried the quarterly detox multiple times. I get to about mid-afternoon on the first day and then fail. I’m sure with all the clients you’ve helped over the years you have had some that are just not able to get through the first two days of shakes only I feel like that sets me up for failure. If I was one of your clients, what would you recommend for me? Is it possible I’m just not metabolically ready to start with fasting days and hopefully as I heal overtime, I will become better at this? Thanks for any guidance.
