1. BPC-157:

I wanted to share something I’ve recently incorporated into my own wellness protocol—BPC-157. While I’m not ready to fully recommend it just yet, as more research is still needed, I’m personally testing it out to see how it supports my gut health before making any suggestions. 2. Combination Therapy for Leukemia (AML)

A new study from scientists at Virginia Commonwealth University found a powerful new way to fight a type of blood cancer called acute myeloid leukemia (AML). By combining two treatments—one that targets cancer cell survival and another that blocks a key cell signal—they were able to kill more cancer cells than using either treatment alone.

3. Fluoride in Water

Utah is set to become the first state to ban the addition of fluoride to public water systems. While over 70% of the U.S. population currently receives fluoridated water, this new bill would prohibit adding fluoride to any water intended for public consumption.
