Anonymous: Hi Dr Cabral, Not sure if you want to air this type of question. I practice semen retention due to personal convictions and beliefs. I intend to keep practicing this perhaps for the rest of my life, but I am concerned about my prostate health. I’ve read that such practices are not good for the prostate long term. What are your thoughts on this and how do you recommend I protect my prostate? I see you offer an Prostate Support supplement. Do you think it would be beneficial for my specific concern? I definitely more of an ectomorph type (5’8″ and I hover around 130lbs to 125lbs) if that matters. Thanks!
Erin: Hello! I have completed the CBO protocol and am about to start the gut sealer. It is high allergy season and I am still having so much sneezing, itchy eyes and allergy symptoms. I am bummed because I had hoped this would be a lot better since doing the protocol. What would you suggest next? Thank you so much!

I’m wondering about this hair serum, it’s supposed to combat breakage, thinning, bald spots, flakiness & shedding. it contains Parsley Seed Oil, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Linseed Oil, Coffee Seed Oil, Argan Kernel Oil, Adansonia Digitata Seed Oil, Hydrogenated Sweet Almond Oil, Lavender Oil, Ginger Root Extract, Olive Fruit Oil, Panax Ginseng Extract, Polygonum Multiflorum Extract, Cocoa Seed Extract, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Rosemary Leaf Oil… and you are supposed to massage it into the scalp 3x a week, leave overnight and rinse after shampooing… Do you think it works? Anonymous: Hi,listened to your answer on The Superpatch&went on their website for research studies on VTT – haptic vibrotactile trigger technology.Apparently most of the patches are registered as wellness products,but the REM patch (for better sleep) & the Freedom patch (for less pain), which have the most research done on, are now supposedly medical products.I don’t know if the research was funded by the company itself to obtain desired results but I listen to you daily&you always say how much you love research, so maybe you could read the ones linked on their page&let us know on a Friday Review?The patches are talked about on every corner now so I would love to hear your opinion on the research behind them. Even if it is a bandage approach, better than pharmaceuticals,no? Also, they claim long time wear of the patches (the Liberty patch) improves homeostasis (equilibrium) in the body. Wearing them daily may improve the body’s response to stressors, mitigate pain, improve sleep overall, etc. because it supposedly “rewires or reprograms your brain”. I’m really eager to hear your take on the research they have on their website and what you think about the technology behind them. Lara: Hi, dr. Cabral, hope you & your family are well.. My friend recently told me she makes her own colloidal silver & uses it for all sorts of things like cleaning, cooking with it & the whole family even drinks it-instead of water! It’s helped her tremendously when she had the pneumonia so since then the whole family is on it.. the naturopath she bought the device from has been drinking it for 12 years and hasn’t been sick during.. it’s approximately 10ppm like the Sovereign Silver brand.This is very interesting to me & I know you like colloidal silver for certain protocols, but would you recommend using it instead of drinking water & such? I’m really interested in your opinion on colloidal silver & all the benefits & any potential dangers.. thanks so much, your voice is in our house daily
