It’s no secret that I am a big supporter of intermittent fasting!

However, it’s important to recognize that what works for one person may not necessarily be suitable for another, and we must acknowledge each person’s bioindividuality.

So on today’s #CabralConcept 2987, I want to discuss why you should never skip breakfast if this happens to you. Enjoy the show, and feel free to share your thoughts!

Skipping breakfast is not ideal for some people due to the additional stress it adds to their already hectic morning routines. Additionally, some individuals tend to overeat during their next meal, which can strain the digestive system.

2. Bioindividuality

While some individuals thrive on skipping breakfast and exercising in the morning, others may find it stressful for their bodies. Understanding your own body and respecting its needs is key to finding the right approach to fasting.

3. Stop Eating Earlier

If you want to experience the benefits of intermittent fasting without skipping breakfast, I recommend ending your meals earlier in the evening. By stopping eating around 5-7 pm, you can still achieve a 12-16 hour fasting window, and this practice offers significant health benefits.
