1. Be Realistic

In order to be successful in your goals it is important that you set realistic goals and not set yourself up for failure. Figure out how much you want to lose and work backwards to determine how long it will take you to get there.

2. What to Expect

Most people will lose the most amount of weight in the first 21 days. After that it is important to expect a loss of 1% of your body weight per week. 

3. Next Steps

If your nutrition is optimized, you’re exercising 3-5 days a week, and the desired weight loss isn’t occurring, it’s an indication of potential underlying issues. Consider examining your hormones to identify potential obstacles.
