1. What is The Circadian Rhythm
The Earth’s circadian rhythm is a built-in, 24-hour cycle that influences a wide range of biological and behavioral processes in living organisms, including humans. It’s responsible for setting our internal body clock and aligning it with the outside world, primarily guided by the Earth’s daily rotation and the shift between day and night.

Fasting works well when following the circadian rhythm because it aligns with our body’s natural biological processes. Adhering to the circadian rhythm when fasting supports our body’s natural functions, optimizes metabolic processes, and promotes overall well-being.

In our practice, we recommend a schedule that allows for a period of digestion and rest followed by a period of taking in food and expending energy. We suggest having breakfast between 8-9 am and dinner between 5-6 pm. This cycle ensures you receive the necessary nutrition for the day and includes 12-16 hours of fasting.
