1. Blocking Blue Light

When you wake up in the morning it is important to expose your eyes to blue light to create normal levels of cortisol. When you are constantly working on a computer or using your phone during the day however you might want to block out some of the blue light and in the evening, you want to block out all of the blue light in order to reduce cortisol levels and increase melatonin. Using blue light-blocking glasses can help you do reduce your exposure and improve sleep.

2. Restless Leg Syndrome

A study was published that suggested opioid use to combat restless leg syndrome. With the highly addictive nature and opioid epidemic this is shocking research and not something I recommend. There is always an underlying root cause for restless leg syndrome, and I strongly suggest you work towards finding that in order to relieve your symptoms.

3. Copper Deficiency & Cardiovascular Health

A recent study showed that copper deficiency may play a big role in cardiovascular disease. The study revealed that fissures, tears, ruptures, cardiac alignment, myocardial infarction, and more can all be due to copper-based deficiencies.
