1. Vitamin K

Vitamin K is an important part of everyone’s diet. It helps with blood clotting, prevents excessive bleeding, and is good for bone health, heart health, and brain function. Vitamin K2 provides more cardiovascular benefits than K1. Look for the MK version of K2 as it is more absorbable in the body and stays in the body longer.

2. Endangered Species & Glyphosate

Recently the EPA released a study that shows that the vast majority of endangered species and their habitats have been harmed by glyphosate. Glyphosate is incredibly harmful for our environment and overall health and is one of the reasons why detox is so important.
