You can blunt the effects of inflammation by choosing leaner meats and meats that have a better omega 6 to omega 3 profile.

2. Quality

Whenever possible choose grass-fed or grass-finished meats and pasture-raised chicken and eggs.

Adding on a healthy fat and additional vegetables will also help to dull the effects of inflammation when eating meat, dairy, eggs, and processed foods.
