I don’t know many people, myself included, who have an extra 2-3 hours per day for their biohacking routine.

I use one of my 3 30-minute blocks of time during the day for my biohacking routine. I use the Thera360 Plus Sauna which includes red light therapy, along with binaural beats, and put myself in a meditative mode while I focus on my breathing.
