Show Highlights & Big Takeaways:

1. Herb of The Week

Chinese Skullcap is a very powerful herb that can help support the nervous system.  This herb is derived from a purple flower and can be used to combat stress, adrenal issues, anxiety, and nervousness.

2. Sound & Pain

New research shows that certain sounds can act as a pain reliever.  Scientists have isolated an area of the brain that, when fired by sound, acts as a pain reliever with the same effectiveness as pain medication.

3. Sound & Memory

A study performed on senior high school students shows that listening to both classic music or binaural beats can have a significant increase in memory while studying.
