1. Monitor Trends

Listening to our bodies is important. Using biometrics devices we can track various metrics and analyze trends to catch issues before they become a “dis-ease” state and work towards bringing the body back to equilibrium.

2. Body Temperature

The best time is to take it upon waking or at rest. You want your body temperature to be in the 98.0 - 98.8 range. Too high can indicate that your body is dealing with some level of acute inflammation or stress. If you are trending lower it could mean issues with low thyroid, low cortisol, low iron, or multiple other ailments.

3. Heart Rate

The medical range for heart range is 60-99 bpm. However, ideally, you should aim to be between 50-75 bpm at rest.
