There are so many tips surrounding the topic of intermittent fasting that I consider it my job to simplify the overall dogma as much as humanly possible.

My goal for today’s show is to teach how the body works and when it is most important to feed it based on bioenergetic needs.

Once you understand that humans expend the most energy during daylight hours it may begin to change the way you view when you should be eating the most.

3. Dinner Don’ts

One of the game changers that people see in our practice is making dinner smaller or more easily digestible and stopping eating a few hours before bed. By doing this your REM sleep improves and they tap into more body fat while allowing the body to repair naturally overnight and not focus on digestion.
