1. Digestion Timing

Depending on the type of food at a meal it takes anywhere from 30-minutes to 3+ hours after eating to move the food out of the stomach and into the intestines. 

2. Space out Meals

One quick tip to reducing bloating is to increase the amount of time between meals. Most people do best with 3-5 hours between meal fasts.

3. Stress on Bowels

Remember life stress also affects (often slows) digestion, which in turn can cause bloating (due to fermentation, overgrowth, and motility issues).
