1. Chlorine Effects on the Body:

Chlorine can lead to a wide variety of issues such as hormone disruption, allergies and asthma, skin issues and problems with gut health.

2. Natural Dechlorination Remedies:

Rinse off prior to entering the pool and apply coconut oil to create a barrier from chlorine entering the skin. Vitamin C is also a great neutralizer of chlorine. Mix filtered Water and vitamin C Crystals in a bottle and spray on skin before going in the pool.

3. Kids, Pesticides and Depression:
