BREAKFAST 1-2c Berries 1-2c Romaine lettuce 1-2 TBSP coconut cream or flax or nuts 2sc Daily Nutritional Support powder 16oz Water 6-8oz Nut milk (if desired or just add more water)

LUNCH 1c Rainbow beets (or cooked rainbow carrots) 2c Broccoli (c) 3TBSP Hemp hearts 2TBSP Olive oil Lemon squeeze, spices

DINNER 2c Spring mix Salad 1/2 Sweet potato diced or cauliflower rice 1c Cauliflower (c) 1c Bok choy (c) 1c Protein like a wild salmon or Hummus 1-2TBSP olive oil added after cooking Pinch of course sea salt on top (if desired)

NOTES ON THIS SAMPLE PLAN * All the colors of the rainbow * 9-10 servings of fruit & veggies * 4c of cruciferous vegetables * 50+g of protein * Adjust carbs based on your weight loss goals and CBO protocol * Add water between meals
