Matt: Hi Dr Cabral, I was just listening to your podcast on the future of hair loss. There are 3 compounds in Ph 2 and Ph 3 trials that seem to show real promise. PP-405, KX-826 and Breezula (Clascoterone). Curious on your thoughts with these? Could these be the final pieces to the puzzle?

Alicja: Hi Dr.Cabral, I heard you once on older podcast saying that MRI scans can detect early Alzheimer signs. I had my scan done with Prenuvo a few months ago. I went back to my results, but I’m not sure what should I look for as early Alzheimer detection. The scan shows I have a small arachnoid cyst in my brain. Nothing to worry about they said. Also one other image of my brain shows “mucosal thickening” on one side. (They didn’t say anything about that) Is that what I should be concerned about when it comes to Alzheimer? Is there something I can do about it? Maybe proteolytic enzymes could help? Thank you so much for spreading your knowledge. I appreciate your help with my question.

Sarah: Hello! I’ve seen people talk about taking the flushing Niacin for skin health due to NAD production, working up to 3mg a day. Thoughts on this? Ive been taking 500mg and get a pretty intense flush but I dont mind it. Thank you!!
