Whitney: Hello, wondering if you add minerals to your water from the kangen k8? If so what brands do you like and trust the most? Thoughts on the beam minerals brand? And do you have to put minerals in each glass as you dispense / drink it since you can’t really make a big batch of hydrogen water to keep in the fridge without the hydrogen dissipating ? Thanks!

Summer: Hi Dr. Cabral! My new functional medicine doctor suggested I start BPC 157 to help with gut healing and cellular repair. Peptides are one of the few things I’ve never researched. The site says they are synthetic peptides originally derived from a naturally occurring sequence found in human gastric proteins. This sounds suspect to me… Is there a natural BPC 157 you would recommend, or what brand did you use when you took BPC 157? I’m hesitant to use anything synthetic. Thanks for any insight!

Anonymous: HI! So I’ve done a lot of work on my health and healing. Preemptive apologies to anyone who doesn’t want to hear this graphic question! I cut nuts and seeds because every time I eat them, the next day my stool is basically wrapped in what looks like stringy worms. I’ve watched this happen over the years and took a long time for me to finally figure out a pattern. At first I thought they were actual worms. They are maybe 2-3 mm in diameter and can be interwoven through the stool or just on the outer sides. It almost looks hollow which led me to wonder if I’m seeing the worm’s digestive tract or perhaps it’s my intestinal lining sloughing off in one long intact piece. Either way it’s shocking. Wondering if nuts are just mucus machines and highly inflammatory on my gut lining? Worms? Thanks!!

Anonymous: Hi Dr. Cabral! I just wanted to report back with a success! So my dad had been growing what we lovingly called a “carbuncle” on his temple for years. It was dark brown, rough, raised, and steadily growing. Through the help of your wealth of information, I guessed that it was seborrheic keratosis. He was getting frustrated with its growth and did not want to get doctors involved. I had him listen to an episode about it and he started applying ACV at least twice a day and we watched it disappear over just one month! It was probably an inch or so in diameter. We are all blown away that it completely disappeared with his consistent use of ACV! Thank you so much for all your help and sharing knowledge we can all use to help ourselves at home! My dad is happy to be rid of his “carbuncle”!

Summer: Hello! So I have a handful of tiny cherry angiomas scattered all over my body. I had one pop up just below my collar bone and within weeks to a month it had grown significantly. It’s now just under 1/2″ in diameter and sticks up about 1/4″. I’ve been applying ACV and Tea Tree oil twice daily for a couple of months. I even tried cauterizing it with a wart freezing kit. The surface dries up every few days and comes off and it will bleed profusely if I bump it after a shower or pick at it. When I apply pressure it deflates like a balloon and I can watch it refill with blood and fluid in seconds. I’m not so sure this is a cherry angioma anymore… Does it sound like something else? What can I do? I don’t want to go to a doctor, but it’s become quite the nuisance. Thank you!!
