Show Highlights & Big Takeaways:

1. Healthy Granola
Not all granola is created equal. Many contain hidden sugars and oils that make them more like dessert than a health food. Always read the label and choose clean, minimally processed options if you want to include it in your diet.

2. Exposure to Exhaust and Mental Health
Research shows that childhood exposure to leaded gasoline has been linked to lifelong mental health issues, including ADHD, depression, and lower IQ. The most affected were those born between 1966–1986 when exposure to exhaust was highest.

3. Tai Chi & Blood Pressure
Studies show that practicing Tai Chi 20–30 minutes a day helped nearly 1 in 5 pre-hypertensive adults return to normal blood pressure. This outperformed jogging or walking in some cases, with added calming and restorative effects.
