1. Health

My top non-negotiable is my health. Without it, I can’t do all of the things I want to do in this life. I focus on my sleep, what I eat, supplements, stress reduction, and daily movement.

2. Relationships

My family is the most important thing to me. I know the time I have to spend with them is finite, so I block my day around their schedule to ensure I am with them when they are home.

3. Career

Every day I am committed to teaching the next generation and passing along the knowledge I have learned.
