1. GFSE vs GSE

Grapefruit seed extract and Grape seed extract both offer a lot of benefits but are very different! Grapefruit seed extract is a powerful antimicrobial, detoxifier, and anti-fungal.  Grapeseed extract is a powerful antioxidant that can help to improve blood pressure and cardiovascular issues and squelch free radical damage

2. Alzheimer’s Testing

New research shows that there are 38 proteins that are related to Alzheimer’s that will show up in your blood up to 5 years earlier than the onset of Alzheimer’s. Of those 38 proteins, 16 of them can appear 20 years earlier!

3. ADHD & Omega-3

Diet and supplementation is important in helping children with ADHD but research shows that supplementing with Omega-3 is essential. The ratio of 2-2.5/1 EPA to DHA works best for inflammatory-based issues.
