2384: The Best Time of the Day to Begin Your Fast

TWT: The Best Time of the Day to Begin Your Fast

Every day we are bombarded with the latest trends in diet and nutrition…

And while these might provide short-term results, they can be detrimental to your health in the long run.

I truly believe that there are scientific & physiological fundamentals that we should all be following for sustainable health and I want to share these with you – but more importantly I want you to test them for yourself.

That’s why on today’s #CabralConcept 2384 I’d like to share with you the science behind the best time of the day to begin your fast and when to break it (Plus, how you can see the results in real-time!) – Enjoy the show and let me if you have any others to add!

Show Highlights & Big Takeaways:

1. 16:8 Fast

The most popular form of Intermittent Fasting is the 16:8 method. However, most people tend to skip breakfast with this method and it is not advised for many people.

2. Skipping Breakfast

Skipping breakfast may not necessarily be the best option for you. Fasting puts the body in a stressed state and if you have high cortisol in the morning you may want to reconsider a morning fast.

3. 6pm-8am

I have found from my research and clinical data that having an earlier dinner or easier to-digest one is the best option – Starting my fast at 6pm (4 hours before bed) and ending it at 8am has shown to improve biomarkers in the majority of people I have worked with.
