Getting enough daily fiber can reduce all-cause mortality by up to 30% and significantly lower risk for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and even certain cancers.

2. How Much Fiber Do you Need
Women should aim for about 28–30 grams/day; men should aim for about 38–40 grams/day. Start slow to allow your gut to adjust and avoid discomfort.

3. Simple Daily Strategy
