1. BPC-157:

I wanted to share something I’ve recently incorporated into my own wellness protocol—BPC-157. While I’m not ready to fully recommend it just yet, as more research is still needed, I’m personally testing it out to see how it supports my gut health before making any suggestions. BPC-157 is a peptide compound known for its potential benefits in healing the gut lining, reducing inflammation, speeding up recovery from injuries, and supporting overall tissue repair. I’ll keep you posted on how it goes and what I notice.

2. Combination Therapy for Leukemia (AML)

A new study from scientists at Virginia Commonwealth University found a powerful new way to fight a type of blood cancer called acute myeloid leukemia (AML). By combining two treatments—one that targets cancer cell survival and another that blocks a key cell signal—they were able to kill more cancer cells than using either treatment alone.
