1. Mouth Taping

Many people are familiar with the benefits of mouth taping at night, but they often overlook the value of practicing it during the day. Daytime taping helps train you to breathe through your nose, making the transition to nighttime mouth taping more comfortable and less intimidating.

2. The #1 Source of Microplastics

Plastic is everywhere in our environment, and we encounter it daily.  The number one source of microplastics we’re exposed to comes from plastic water bottles. It’s important to transition away from plastic bottles and use glass bottles.

3. Catching Up on Sleep

A new study of over 90,000 people shows that catching up on sleep over the weekend can reduce the risk of heart disease by up to 20%. Researchers found that those who made up for lost sleep during the week by sleeping more on weekends had significantly lower heart disease risk than those who didn’t.
