The reality is that time is limited, so today, I want to share a few strategies I recommend to help people maximize their lives in an efficient and straightforward way.

Take action in the morning before the rest of the world needs you. Use this time to focus on 1-2 tasks that move you closer to your goals.

2. 2-Minute Rule

If a task takes less than 2 minutes, do it immediately. This frees up mental bandwidth so you don’t have to remember to do it later.

3. 5-Minute Rule

Spend 5 minutes on a task you’re avoiding. If you’re still not feeling it after 5 minutes, you can put it off, but the key is to start. Often, once you begin, the hardest part is over.

4. It’s Not All About Learning

Sometimes, we spend too much time learning instead of doing. Take what you know, get started, and learn as you go.
