I usually recommend following the one solid meal per day rule when you are not feeling well (soups and smoothies can also be added).

Maintaining hydration is important when under the weather. Here are some recommended options that maintain autophagy while also providing essential nutrients: herbal teas sweetened with raw, local wildflower or manuka honey; water with sea salt and a splash of lemon or lime; a scoop of daily nutritional support shake mixed with water; or green juices.
