1. Getting Outside & Brain Health

One study shows that spending time outdoors affects the brain and mood. The research found that being outside increases grey matter in a part of the brain linked to positive feelings, supporting the idea that outdoor activities can improve mental health and well-being.

2. Protein & Muscle Gain

Research shows that exercise is more effective than protein intake for preserving muscle. If you want to build muscle, it’s important to get the recommended daily amount of protein, but consuming extra protein won’t help. Muscle growth is primarily achieved through exercise.

3. Clean Water

Ensuring clean water is one of the most important things you can do for your health. I’ve tried many methods to ensure my water is healthy, and recently started using an ORP meter to test for oxidation levels. Consuming oxidized water can create free radicals in the body, so it’s crucial to check and reduce oxidation.
