The problem is, life tends to get in the way and something always comes up that can throw us off track.

So today, I’d like to introduce you to my favorite mantra that helps me stay focused on my goals each day so that I can consistently move forward.

We all have goals we want to achieve, but for now, focus on what your main goal is. Understand what you need to do on a daily basis to reach that goal.

Whatever the big thing is that you are trying to accomplish in your life should be the first thing you tackle for that day. If you get into the habit of taking the first 30 minutes of the day for yourself, your day becomes easier and your mindset shifts.

3. Create Routine

Get into a routine and add this to your schedule to create time for yourself. Set aside time each morning to work towards accomplishing your goal.
