Opting for smaller goals increases the likelihood of achieving them and maintaining commitment throughout the year. The 12-Week Year allows you to break down your goals into smaller, more achievable segments.

Divide your annual goals into manageable 12-week segments, which can then be further broken down into monthly and weekly targets for effective goal setting.
