1. Tap into Past Experiences

Think back to moments in your life when things got tough and you felt overwhelmed. Remember that you’ve faced similar situations before and came out on top. You can do it again this time.

2. Be Present

Avoid dwelling on the past or stressing too much about the future. Instead, channel your energy into dealing with what’s going on in the here and now. Take some time to figure out what’s causing you to feel stuck at this very moment.

3. Take Action

Understand that anxiety often arises from worrying about what’s to come. To ease anxiety, pinpoint the specific issue at hand and take steps to address it. When you’re overwhelmed, jot down your concerns and dig deeper to uncover the underlying causes, gaining a better grasp of what’s at the root of the problem.
