Your chronological age represents the number of years you’ve been alive, while your biological age reflects the age of your cells. Although these two numbers align for some individuals, everyone undergoes the aging process at their unique pace. Your healthspan signifies the portion of your life during which you remain free from age-related diseases.

2. Health Span

Your healthspan indicates the phase of your life when you enjoy freedom from age-related diseases. Individuals with the longest lifespans experience the majority of their years without illness. It’s only in the final year or six months of their lives that they begin to experience a decline in health.

Currently, we can slow down the rate of aging, but in the coming decade or two, we’ll have the capability to reverse the aging process.
