1. What is Turkesterone

Turkesterone (turk) is an ecdysteroid, a compound found naturally in certain insects and plants. Ecdysteroids have a molecular structure similar to testosterone.

2. What Does the Research Show

Research on turkesterone in humans is limited to just two studies, both yielding insufficient data. Initial findings suggest that turkesterone may enhance protein synthesis in the liver but not in muscle tissue. Consequently, I do not currently endorse or recommend turkesterone based on the available research evidence.

3. My Suggestions

To naturally boost testosterone, focus on optimizing Vitamin D levels, ensuring 8-9 hours of sleep for recovery, engaging in strength training 2-4 times weekly, and incorporating 5g of creatine per day. Additionally, consider using products known to support muscle synthesis and testosterone, such as Vitamin C, zinc, boron, Tongkat Ali, and ginseng.
