1. Sprouting Foods

When you sprout a food you get a maximum amount of nutrition in a low calorically dense food. It’s a great way to get more alkaline-based minerals into your body that can easily be added to any meal.

2. EarBuds

As much as I would like to use wireless earbuds for ease and convenience, I don’t want to expose myself to the EMFs and radiation that come with it. I recently discovered some new Earphones that send radio frequencies via a hollow tube which further prevents any potentially harmful radiation from reaching your ears.

3. Hydration & Aging

Research shows that there is a link between hydration and aging.  This study shows that people are under hydrated and consume too much salt and that adults with higher sodium levels were more likely to develop chronic conditions and show signs of aging.
