I think the Apple Watch is great, but I was looking for something that tracks my activity at a much greater level. The Garmin Fenix 7 is the best wearable watch in my opinion and allows me to get a more in-depth analysis on my activity level.

2. Kids & Journaling

I speak a lot about goal setting and mindset on the podcast and I share this with my children as well. Journaling is a great way to get kids involved with practicing gratitude and allows them a place to get their thoughts, emotions, and goals out on paper.

3. Vitamin D & Bacterial Vaginosis

If you are prone to bacterial vaginosis, you might consider checking your Vitamin D Levels. A recent study shows that a Vitamin D deficiency can increase the occurrence of bacterial vaginosis.
