And while all of these things are important, we set ourselves up to break our commitments if we are not careful with what we say yes to.

2. Commit to Discipline

Only you know if you are taking the steps that are necessary to reach your goals. It is up to you to commit to the actions that will lead you to accomplish them.

3. Physical & Mental

Committing to and reaching your goals takes strength of body and of mind. You can do all of the right things but if your mind is not fully committed to your goals you will not succeed.
