New research shows that there is a 13% higher risk for heart disease and early death for those with a sedentary lifestyle who sit between 6-8 hours a day.  

2. 10,000 Steps

Getting in 7,000-10,000 steps per day is crucial for your overall health. Studies show this can dramatically enhance overall quality of life and decrease all-cause mortality.

3. Benefits

Increasing your daily movement has a wide variety of benefits! Studies show it can help balance blood sugar, improve cardiovascular function, reduce the risk of certain cancers, and much more.
