Genistein is a naturally occurring phytoestrogen with many benefits. The phytoestrogenic properties of this herb help to inhibit estrogen receptors on cell sites so other powerful estrogens are not able to.

2. Tartary Buckwheat

A recent study shows that Tartary Buckwheat can assist with autophagy in the body. The study also showed that not only can Tartary Buckwheat help with this but Quercetin can as well.

3. Licorice & Cancer

Research shows that a compound found in licorice called, glycyrrhizin, might have benefits in cancer prevention and cancer therapy.
