Greg: Hello, Thank you for the episode on water filters. I have been looking into getting an “Enagic” that supposedly filters and alkalizes for my home. Do you know anything about this brand, and do you recommend as an important health investment? 

AnneMarie: Happy Light Review: Hi Stephen, I live in Portland, Oregon and I was wondering what your advice would be regarding purchasing a happy light that gives natural vitamin D? Here there can be a lack of sunshine here during the winter and I’m trying to prevent the seasonal affective disorder. I’m new to listening to your show so I apologize if you already mentioned it. Anna: What do you consider the healthiest bake/stove-top cookware? I do know cast iron is great but hard to keep up with. What do you think about a brand like “Zwilling ceramic non-stick” – with “aluminum core” we all know aluminum is horrible, but supposedly this is safe. Thank you!!!
