2. Just Say No

Fad diets may be fun to try and talk about, but that doesn’t mean they are healthy. They can wreck your metabolism and cause real hormonal and gut dysfunction after 3-4 weeks of staying on them.

3. Short Term Vs. Long Term

Everything always comes back to short vs. long-term benefits. You may very well derive benefits from being on a certain diet for a few weeks, but that doesn’t mean it’s a wise idea to continue them for the long term.
